Audrey Mula, entrepreneur, publishes her first book
Published by Lextenso, "Managing a real estate agency", written by Audrey Mula, herself founder and CEO of the real estate agency Evidence for almost ten years, outlines the main lines of the real estate market and its players. This first book is the result of an increased experience of real estate and the areas that derive from it such as leadership, objectives, communication, among others. With a view to constant innovation within the pink agency, its founder, Audrey Mula decided to become an author at the end of her second pregnancy, during the period of confinement that the whole of France experienced. A race against time then begins for the benefit of a work accessible to all, with the aim of helping as many people as possible: the real estate student, the young startepeur who creates his digital agency, passing by a seasoned manager wishing to open up to new managerial forms. This work of some 232 pages is constructed in a practical way. The goal is not a simple reading, but rather a reusable and agile tool. Composed of five chapters, it will initially be devoted to the introduction of the real estate market and its stakeholders. Secondly, he will approach the basics of the management of the real estate agency through the context, the types of agencies and the organization of the structure. He will then begin the management of human resources by evoking motivation, leadership, conflicts, group management, recruitment, remuneration... The penultimate part will deal with the marketing of the real estate agency, more specifically on the digital communication tools that Audrey Mula applies within her organization. Finally, the book will deal with real estate customers and their process with the essential steps of knowing the customer, real estate prospecting, customer relations and argumentation. Using concrete examples drawn from the experience of Evidence Immobilier, this living work cultivates participative management, based on listening and mutual assistance between employees, without forgetting the constant desire for emancipation advocated by Audrey Mula. In this sense, the use of social networks and numerous communication and dissemination tools are today the basis of this book's line of conduct as well as the corporate identity that Madame Mula now runs with a hand of master ! Audrey Mula demonstrates through her literary work, surpassing oneself in all circumstances. Tenacity, perfectionism and the challenge of the unknown are the qualities advocated by Evidence Immobilier. Its founder was able to rise to the challenge by writing this book in record time, during her second pregnancy. Challenge composed of ups and downs! But which, in the end, signs its publication in October, less than a year after the idea of writing came to him.
